This literal slice of paradise fronts the gentle sound waters with a private beach to enthrall the little ones and provide direct access to launch kiteboards, windsurfers and other watercraft. A ‘day on the water’ can also be accommodated at the private sound front pool, where an adjacent six-person hot tub completes an ideal outdoor escape. Challenge the family to a pickleball or tennis tournament at the community courts. Just inside, there’s a game room with a pool table and wet bar and a theater room to get lost in a favorite movie while sinking into a plush recliner. Also on this level is a convenient half-bath that’s accessible from the pool deck and two king master bedrooms, one of which features deck access. All of the home’s bedrooms feature private baths and Smart TVs. Take the expedient ground-level elevator to the first floor to discover the home’s laundry facilities along with four more king master bedrooms — three with direct deck access, perfect for viewing the sunset — and a bunk room. The final two bedrooms, both king masters and one with deck access, are located on the second level. Along with a hallway half-bath, these two rooms provide close proximity to the great room, a gorgeous light-filled space that draws everyone together for camaraderie and connection. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized. This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
