Nestled in Northstar Drive, this charming house for $1,042 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The new Village Walk Skyline townhomes are the new version of modern mountain living. The homes are designed with simplicity in mind, with large open spaces and modern accents. The generous array of windows highlight breathtaking views of the Sierras and bring the feeling of the outdoors inside! LIVING ROOM: - Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings - Flat screen TV - Gas fireplace - Half bathroom - Access to back deck - Additional dowstairs media room with access to lower deck KITCHEN & DINING: - Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. - Top of the line appliances - Kitchen island with breakfast bar with seating for 4 - Wine fridge - Dining table with seating for up to 8 BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Primary Bedroom: King Suite located on the main floor Bedroom #2: King Suite located on the lower level Bedroom #3: King Bed on the lower level Bedroom #4: One Full-Over-Full and One Twin-Over-Twin Bunk located on the lower level OUTDOOR SPACE: - Two decks with mountain views - Upstairs back deck - Downstairs back deck with hot tub - Garage with parking for 2 cars ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - High-speed internet - Laundry room with full size washer/dryer - Air conditioning - Contactless check-in - Access to Village Swim & Fitness Center The Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door. POLICIES & DISCLOSURES: - Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies. - The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. - Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 is 5pm. - All reservations are subject to approval by owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hr for confirmation. - Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM - No pets - No smoking - This property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies persisting in the owner's family - This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area and driveway. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home. - No Gas, Wood or Charcoal BBQ Grills or Fire Pits allowed per Placer County STR Ordinance Placer County STR Permit #STR22-7600
