Overall is was perfect! I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 adults and a kid. The door knob to the front door fell off. We bought a screwdriver and “fixed” it but someone should check it. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are an elderly couple and everything was accessible. The house is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Would recommend to any age group.

Just not for older folks. No hand rails on front or back steps. Lighting lacking. Only a 7’ tall basketball player could turn off ceiling fan. Shower needs hand holds. House very clean. Close to town, stores, eats, and Mt. Blue Sky which made the long trip from Texas worth it. Beds comphy, Roku Tv great, felt like home.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this great home. It was centrally located to other towns and activities and we loved that we could walk downtown for meals and drinks. The house is well equip with anything you would need. We also had great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in early August at this tastefully restored historic home. Kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the property backs to I-70 and it was loud trying to sleep with the windows open.

Good location to event, downtown shops and restaurants. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Grocery store was close to the house. There is road noise but found it not to be an issue. No AC but open windows and fans made the house very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

My 3 friends and I spent a month in this beautiful home and had the best time! The house is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown and the local grocery store. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful!

We had a great time between the restaurants and brewery's downtown. The trails around the city and white water rapids all within walking distance, there was always something to do. We even had dear on the hill above the back yard.

The house was very comfortable, clean and just a short walk from downtown. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I’d definitely stay again and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My brother and I stayed for a week and we both agree, it was perfect. The home is as advertised, with a most wonderful location for a stay in Idaho Springs. Shopping, restaurants, grocery store... all within walking distance. We didn't want to leave! If I were to offer a critique it would be about the claim of sleeping seven people. Seven CAN sleep here but it'd be pretty crowded in waking hours. That being said, both my brother and I loved this place and would book again in an instant! Thank you for a wonderful week in Idaho Springs!

We stayed at this home in Idaho Springs from April 17th-April 24th. The home was beautifully furnished. The owners have literally thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Communication was excellent both during the booking process as well as on site. When we experienced a problem with the microwave, a new one was delivered immediately, Would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place to stay in Idaho Springs. Superb hosts!

This is a lovely Idaho Springs home close to Beau Jo's and Tommy Knocker and the hot springs. Also very close to a full service Safeway grocery store. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great place for a family of 4, and I think we could have easily fit a couple of the kids' friends. There are 1.5 baths, both of which are located by the bunk bed rooms and not right next to the primary bedroom, but it worked great for us! Loved the electric fireplace and the sun porch. Easy to get ahold of the managers.

We had a fabulous 4 day/3 night stay! The house was very clean , the checkin process easy, and prompt communication from owners. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed; the appliances stainless steel and like new. The living room was perfect for our family hangin out each night. The large leather couches comfy and the TV was set up with programs we need to watch movies each night (FYI you will need to use your own account to sign in). The bedrooms were super cute and cozy. We love that each room had a floor fan because we are accustomed to fan noise at home when sleeping. The bathrooms were spotless and modern and tiled stone showered was gorgeous. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee and the back mud room was just what we needed to keep all of our ski stuff. We were close enough to be able to walk to the shops downtown and to the park on the creek. It was one of the best places we have ever vacationed and we are already planning our trip next year!

Our stay at this property was great! The house was really clean and super cozy. It’s location was really convenient as Idaho springs has lots of good restaurants and shops. Not too far from the ski slopes too. Peggy was really easy to get a hold of and check in was easy.

Spent 2 nights at this cute home. Peggy and Josh have put together a great getaway. They have a well equipped kitchen, nice shower and lots of throw blankets to curl up and watch movies. There were 4 of us so seating was ok in kitchen and living room, but 7 would be tight. It is right downtown, easy walking distance from shops, restaurants and Indian Hot Springs. We enjoyed ourselves and would return.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We found it easily with the instructions and felt at home right away. Everything from the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms had everything you needed and everything was very well thought out. Josh and Peggy were outstanding hosts and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Would highly recommend staying at this house!
