This property has 2 exterior surveillance cameras located in the driveway and at the front entrance. SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS 1st Floor (One): 1 King 2nd Floor (Four): 1 King, 1 King, 1 King, Full over Full Bunk bed 3rd Floor (Two): 2 Queens, 2 Queens BATHROOM LOCATIONS 1st Floor (One + One Half): 1 Private, ½ Hall Access 2nd Floor (Four): 4 Private 3rd Floor (One): 1 Hall Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Elevator (To 2nd Floor Only), Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. *The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay. I did not like the fact that we paid more because of me going through VRBO and it was listed by Surfside Reality too. Therefore, I paid $905.00 more than if I had gone straight through Surfside Reality. The first price I saw on the house was $905.00 less than what we had to pay. I was told that the additional fee was because I went through VRBO first. I did not understand that it worked that way. The table is nice but difficult to get in and out and cleaned off. It does seat 18 people though. It is nice having plenty of bathrooms. A gas grill would be a nice addition to grill out.

This house is huge and can accommodate multiple families very comfortably. The decor is bright and perfect for the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are huge, each bedroom has it’s own bathroom which is awesome for multiple families. The only negative is the cleanliness of the house, or lack thereof. The floors left our feet black and the cooking supplies were filthy. We had an infant who is crawling so the filthy floors didn’t work well, we ended up mopping the entire first level. Other than that, it was amazing!!

This home is huge and was perfect for our group. We had a small reunion of family from all over the country and would definitely book this house again. We had a 9 month old and was able to rent a portable crib with no problem. The kitchen, dinning area and living-room is one big open space and perfect for gathering - enough seating for everyone.
