A $45 cleaning fee will be charged for grills left uncleaned. ☀Shoes off inside the home please ☀13-person spa using time from 8AM - 9:45PM ☀No vaping in any room or any kind of drugs as well around the house or other neighbors boundaries. ☀NO LOUD MUSIC - this is not a party house ☀Utah has quiet hours past 10PM - please be respectful of the quiet time ☀There will be a $95 fee every time that snow is removed at driveway and snow removal of the back yard patio and swimming spa area. The amount will be calculated at the end of your stay. (This amount varies depending on weather conditions) In the case you want to be in charge of your own snow removal, there are only shovels in the garage. Snow needs to be removed each time that it snows no later than 11 to 11:59 am. If there is snow after this time our crew will remove it. Therefore the $95 snow removal will be applied ☀ Subject for expulsion if disturbing neighbor’s boundary areas, street parking, a party in the house or exceeding the Maximum capacity of the house which is 15. ☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. ☀These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply. ☀Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers.
