This is a very clean and comfortable property, and perfect for a couple staying in Sacramento for any length of time. The neighborhood is great with just a bit of traffic noise. The Unit is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. A/C is easy to use and keeps the Unit at a comfortable temperature. Laundry in the Unit was a real plus for us in that we were there for a week. The host is very responsive. Check in instructions are clear, and check out was easy.

If there was ever a perfect VRBO experience, Kevin and his home provided us exactly that! This home is not just cozy but also beautiful. Kevin has provided everything in his home that anyone could want or need.Also, the location is wonderful - so much to see and do in the neighborhood. We are hoping to return and enjoy Kevin's place again.

The property was clean and in excellent condition. The size of the rental was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. The road outside the bedroom window was a little noisy, but we ran a fan and that was sufficient white noise to let us sleep peacefully. It's a little ways from downtown, but it's a pleasant walk.
