Downstairs bedroom has a desk with monitor. The west wing has all the charm of the original 2 bedroom home with a wet bar, living room, and gorgeous beamed ceilings. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and one has an en-suite private bathroom. The newer part of the home brings a modern, Mediterranean vibe with a fully-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare family meals, large dining room table, TV area, laundry and garage. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including the awesome primary suite. There are also 2 separate seating nooks with foldout sofas. Queen beds, King in the suite. House Rules: - No parties or events. No additional guests over reservation without host's approval. - Fireplace is decorative only and not to be used. - No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $450 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay. - No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $500 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation. - Quiet hours from 10pm-8am - Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours and prior to getting your check-in code. - Damage deposit of $2,000 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed - No booking for another person.
