Situated in Bakersfield, this lovely house for $251 per night is a great choice for your next break. It is in the prestigious Riverlakes area. Its backyard borders a golf course, with a front-seat view of one of its ponds. Expansive views of sunrise, sunset, and swimming ducks provide a perfect setting for relaxation and family gatherings, with a heated outdoor jacuzzi and waterfall. In the backyard patios, there is an old grill, two tables, and 10 chairs, It is convenient to have a BBQ meal. the house is located within minutes of shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet the neighborhood is super quiet, safe, and serene, perfect for your getaways and working trips. Inside this house, there is new interior paint, and the host newly prepared all quality houseware, bed stuff, and brand bath stuff. If you like to cook, you will find the cooking ware that you want in the kitchen. In the family room, there are gas fireplace and a seven-sit sectional sofa with three recliners. There is an extra room in the middle of the house with a futon sofa. you can sit there to read or drink tea or exercise. If you feel tired, the futon sofa can be turned into a twin bed. In bedroom 1 (master room), there are two queen beds, a desk, a smart TV, and chairs. In bedroom 2, there is one queen bed, a desk, a monitor, and chairs. In bedroom 3, and 4, there are a queen bed, a desk, and chairs separately. The comfortable settings in the house will let you feel relaxed at your home. It is easy to access CA Highway 99. The SPA is closed now (it will open to guests from Mar. to Nov). Since heating the SPA costs a lot of energy, I will charge extra fee $20 per night if you want to use and heat SPA. There are weekly discounts and monthly discounts, they change from time to time. For security, the guest who is responsible for the reservation must send a copy of his/her Identity to the host before check-in. We also reserve the right to ask and view government IDs for any members of the guest party before entering the property. If you are not be able to provide a copy of your legal ID before your check-in, you should not book my house at the beginning. Discounts Offer weekly (over 7 nights) discount and Monthly (Over 4 weeks) discount limited to 6 guests. No smoking, no Marijuana, and drugs inside the house. No parties, please keep noise levels low, particularly after 10:30 pm and before 7 am Minimum booking age 21.

This is a large and roomy house for a family gathering with a quiet and scenic backyard. The backyard spa was a nice feature to have too. Very nice neighborhood with shopping close by.

We really enjoyed the days we spent at this home. The home was very clean and well kept. The pool/spa was great and the grandkids had a wonderful time closing out the day with a dip in the pool. We made good use of the kitchen and barbecue and loved eating breakfast at the kitchen table and dinner in the dining room. We meet Xuan the day we arrived and she was very helpful and provided clear and concise arrival and checkout instructions along with providing instruction to keep the pool clean. The home is located in a beautiful area by the golf course and the neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Totally enjoyed our stay and this lovely home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home. I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I booked the reservation, host went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In summary, I cannot recommend this home highly enough. They embody the qualities of an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, attentive, and hospitable. My stay at their VRBO was absolutely delightful, and I would not hesitate to book with them again in the future. If you're looking for a top-notch accommodation experience with a host who genuinely cares about their guests' comfort and satisfaction.

The house was perfect for our parents and the three grown kids to spend time together while getting together for a funeral. Great space, perfect rooms and baths and fun outdoor space. Very clean and incredible hosts!
