Great little cabin in a beautiful private setting on the lake. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. Dan was helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Great value and a great overall experience. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.

Here’s a polished version of your review:We just spent a week at this charming cabin on Little Sand Lake in Park Rapids, and had a wonderful time. The cabin is cute, clean, and quaint — perfect for two people. I grew up vacationing on Little Sand Lake, so it was really special to have an option available here now that the old resort has closed.Dan is very responsive, and the lot itself is beautiful. Little Sand Lake is as clean and pristine as ever. Fishing was slow during our stay, but that didn’t dampen our trip at all — we found ourselves simply soaking in the beauty, surrounded by nature. One of the great perks is the ability to bring your boat to nearby lakes to try your luck elsewhere, and with so many lakes in the area along with some wonderful local towns, there’s no shortage of things to do.The only downside was how shallow it was near the dock, which meant we had to bring the boat in each night. A small price to pay for the nostalgia, the scenery, and everything this little gem has to offer. We’ll be back!

Everything broke, plumbing, softener,lock,dock not complete to water, had to exit thru window when lock failed wasp bites. Other than that was a convenient location.
