Das Hotel Luna Azul hat ein wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und schön gestaltetet. Es liegt toll gelegen in der Nähe des Observatorium und ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Innenstadt. Zusätzlich wird ein Shuttle Service zur Innenstadt durch das Hotel angeboten. Die Bungalows sind tollen gerichtet, die Betten bequem und die Klimaanlage ausreichend. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sie sind unseren Wünschen nachgekommen und waren bemüht, dass wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Zudem können Touren über das Hotel gebucht werden. Es wird ein WhatsApp Chat für alle möglichen Anliegen bereitgestellt.
Es gibt kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten (z.B. schnellerer Austausch von defekten Mobiliar wie Liegestühle oder Seifenspender, ganztägige Pool Reinigung). Zudem wurden während unseres Aufenthalt kleine Renovierungsmaßnahmen am Pool durchgeführt. Dadurch dass wir während der Nebensaison dort waren, können wir dies nachvollziehen und es wurde auf die vorhanden Gäste Rücksicht genommen, sodass alles dennoch nutzbar war.

L’emplacement était idéal pour visiter le désert, le personnel était très gentil. Les chambres étaient conforme à la description.
La piscine n’était qu’à moitié rempli et il n’y avait que très peu de zone d’ombre à côté d’elle. L’hôtel ne disposait pas de terminal de paiement ce qui a rendu le check out plus compliqué que prévu.
