Good facilities and located in beautiful countryside, close to good road links around Warwickshire.

The location was great and the host was lovely and friendly 👏 👌
The facilities were excellent--stove, microwave, toaster, cutlery, plates, pots and pans were fantastic.
Little things like salt 🧂 and pepper tea 🍵 and coffee ☕️ were an added bonus.
Toilet upstairs and downstairs a plus.
Best of all was the heating , both under the beautiful travertine tiles and wall heaters in the bedrooms.
One of the most comfortable stays I have had in a cold climate.
Loved exploring the area around it. So many little villages. ☺️
Some residual traffic noise from the motorway. Inside with windows closed all was good.

Well thought out, great quality furniture and facilities.

The location was picturesque.
And very quiet.
No sugar, or milk to which would have nice to make a hot drink on arrival as we travelled for hours to get there, which I would have thought a minimum to offer guests on arrival.
Knifes blunt and broken, tv remote control smashes and taped together with sharp edges, no Chopping board in the kitchen area.quite annoying to say the least.
