No air condition and in apartment find only one glass of wine.

The location is excellent. Convenient for going pretty much anywhere you'd want to go while visiting Riga.
Not much to recommend apart from location. No toiletries at all, cleanliness is sub par, threadbare and torn towels, sheets don't even cover the bed, they use two overlapping ones which keep coming off. There is some noise from the street, but manageable. Check in is at 4 PM and check out 11 AM - when I requested for a 30 minute extension since our cab was arriving late, it was denied. The layout of the place is weird, but that's subjective. We paid a little over €100 per night, not worth it.
