A centrally located apartment in a historical building.

The location is very central and the appartment rooms are spacious. A washing and a drying machine available for the guests. Lots of storage space and

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and no elevator - so think if you have a heavy luggage if that is ok for you. There is no kitchen , only bathroom for for water and washing your cups. So you can make some tea or coffee, but nothing else. We had some challenges with the hot water in the shower, but the host was responsive.

Spacious flat with a relaxing hot tub experience

Nice and cozy apartment with a great hot tub — perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is very well equipped. The apartment is spacious, the rooms are comfortable, and the layout is quite interesting. The location is also very convenient.

I didn’t happen to find any cutlery, and a small kitchen setup would make the stay even more comfortable — but I knew before booking that there is no kitchen. The greeting message with the house rules felt a bit strict at first, but I understand that idea of that clear communication is to help keeping everything organised. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back again. 😊

Central spacious apartment

This property is in the very centre of Riga. 7 minutes from train station, 10 minutes from bus station. It is spacious apartment with nice big bathroom. Despite of the central location it is quiet. WiFi works well. Some coffee and tea is present as well as shower gel and shampoo.

It is not totally clear from the description (but is evident from other reviews) that there is no actual kitchen in apartment. Microwave and kettle are there, as well as fridge. Cutlery, plates, cups etc as well. But this is clearly for basic cooking only. Due to missing kitchen one needs to do the dishes in bathroom sink. During the time of our visit it was quite cold in apartment. Central heating was not on yet, but nothing the owner can do about it. Because of that it was also quite humid and towels never got dry. As mentioned by previous quests key box is very annoying - it is not opening easily and needs to be replaced.

El baño y la ubicación

No tiene cocina, pone que tiene zona cocina pero solo tiene un microondas y una nevera. Osea solo puedes calentar cosas. Para fregar platos tiene que ser en la pica del baño cosa bastante anti higiénica. El sofá pequeño e incomodo.
