ロケーションが抜群で、大学や旧市街、大きなスーパーも徒歩圏内です。居間の窓から向かい側の公園を見下ろすことができ、緑が続く先にはロシア正教会の屋根が金色に輝いていて、眺めがとてもいいです。トラムの音や町のざわめきは、窓を閉めると全く聞こえません。アパートは天井が高く、広々としています。キッチンの設備もよく、使いやすかったです。寝室にはクローゼットの下に引出しがいくつもあって便利でした。居間には大きな扇風機があり、サイクロンで雨に濡れたときは、扇風機の風で短時間で服を乾かすことができました。
キッチンに手を拭くタオルがあるとよかったです。バスルームのタオルを１枚持ってきて使っていました。

Park View DeLuxe is a very comfortable and secure apartment, clean and well appointed, with an enchanting outlook upon the park and trams, and with convenient access to all required amenities. If you are happy to treat a place with care whilst enjoying the luxuries of underfloor heating, fitted kitchen and high-end accessories, do consider this excellent apartment as an option for a more refined and private stay in Riga.
