Wonderful location in the center of St Martin with easy access to restaurants. Great view from the the living room window.

The two flights of stairs to bring up suit cases.

Great location just minutes from all the cafes, restaurants and shops. Beautiful harbour view.

The staff consciege responsible for liaising with us and handling keys was quite inflexible and not willing to stay beyond 9pm even though our train did not arrive at La Rochelle until 8.30 making it stressful to get there. Lots of instructions about how to leave everything at the end of the stay. Additional charges of E39pp for linen which we would expect to be included. They wanted another E12pp to make the beds. Thin towels which were inadequate and part of the linen we paid for.

Communication was great, Ocean was very responsive and helpful. The location was top-notch with wonderful views of the port, restaurants and bars. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The apartment had everything you needed to enjoy your stay, they even gave us a welcoming gift! I would stay here agin and again!!
