Good location, friendly staff, Thai massage was really good probably the best one I have ever had
There was a hot water issue when we stayed - the jacuzzi was cold and so was our shower. We had staff fix our shower, however the water only went to Luke warm not hot. Walls are thin so we could clearly hear our neighbours. Breakfast food in the restaurant is not the best, we went once but not again as there are much better food places nearby for a similar price. Wellness centre can be accessed through the Main Street, which was surprising as we thought it would be for hotel guests only but anyone could walk in and go there. The money exchange is also not available at the hotel as advertised as they directed us to go to an ATM next door instead. Some bathroom towels they provided were old and missing thread.
