I liked the location. Close to Bangla Road but just far enough away to be able to sleep before 3am. The hotel allow guests with no questions asked.
The only issue was the room was small. Just enough room for the bed. The wardrobe was very small, ok for a few days but no good for a week.

Location was great, although transport vehicles had difficulry accessing the property at times
The stairs at the entrance were very difficult for me and particularly dangerous when wet
