Tolle Lage anber an der Kommunikation und Hygiene kann gearbeitet werden.

Die Lage war super - direkt am Strand!

Schimmel im Bad. Die Kommunikation war herausfordernd. Lag zum Teil an einer defekten Telefonanlage beim Vermieter - aber auch anfragen (früher in die. Wohnung) wurden nicht beantwortet.

nicht zu empfehlen; Preis / Leistung passt nicht; einziger Pluspunkt Lage gleich unweit Strands

die Lage direkt am Meer

* Generell: 90iger Jahre Mobiliar und 90iger Scharm * Küche: schwach ausgestattet was die Kochutensilien angeht (alte Töpfe und Pfannen) + einfach nur alte Elektroausstattung (Kühlschrank kann das Gefrierfach nicht richtig schließen , Herd zu schwach/ oder falsche Töpfe ) * Bettwäsche: diese war zwar sauber aber mit alten Haarresten gewaschen und grundsätzlich alt anmutend * Heizung: im Wohnzimmer konnte diese nicht ausgemacht/ nicht reguliert werden * Schlafraum: oberer Ebene ist nicht abgetrennt von der Küche dh Essensgeruch geht schwer raus und ist nachts präsent * Bad: 80 auf 80 Dusche und sehr klein. hält man gerade mal ein paar Tage zu 4. aus * Preis Leistung: mit ca85€ pro Nase bei 4 P über Silvester geht so gar nicht wenn dann auch noch erwartet wird, dass man die Betten abziehen soll und die Ausstattung schwach ist
