The luxurious "SandWärme" duplex apartment, spanning just under 100 square meters, offers you the ideal retreat for a relaxing vacation on Norderney. Completed in April 2023, the apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building near the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people. You can reach the apartment conveniently and barrier-free via the building’s elevator.
The stylishly furnished living/dining area, featuring a cozy sofa nook, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen, invites you to spend quality time together. For the perfect relaxation experience, you also have access to a private sauna—ideal for the colder months or after a long day at the beach! Two balconies provide additional space to unwind at the end of the day or cool off after a sauna session.
The spacious attic room, accessible via a space-saving staircase, houses the second bedroom with four single beds and a cozy pillow nook—a perfect spot for reading, read, or relax. The bedroom on the lower level features a comfortable double bed. The apartment’s high-quality furnishings are complemented by a modern shower room.
Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome in our vacation rental, as long as they stay off the beds and sofa. Towels and bed linens are, of course, provided for you. For families, we offer a travel crib and a high chair free of charge upon request, so even the little ones can feel at home.
The “SandWärme” vacation apartment is located in the quiet Nordhelmsiedlung neighborhood. Restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, and a bike rental shop are right around the corner, so you can easily reach everything you need. Its proximity to Nordstrand invites you to take long walks along the beach or through the nature reserve to the eastern part of the island.
