Nice, clean rooms that feature everything you need with a great shared bathroom. It is a bit outside of the center, so pretty quiet. Host was very friendly and uncomplicated.

The owner went beyond hospitality and helpfulness in every way! It's a fully furnished apartment with even a microwave in the kitchen and a very bright top corner space with lots of light and a comfortable bed. Everything you need except the toilet is right outside the door in the hall and only two other people use it. Also a terrace and very fast WI-Fi.
It's not that close walking to most of the major tourist attractions but I loved that there was a grocery store right around the corner because I eat at home, and a large lovely Park just on the next Street. Very quiet except for rowdy teenagers out late many nights in the parking lot.

I am extremely happy with my decision to stay at Guest House Sani during my visit to Skopje. The room, amenities and the bed are squeaky clean. The bathroom and the toilet are equally spotless. AC works perfectly. Excellent value for money. Very good if you have late night outing or drinking at Debar Maalo. There is also a supermarket, KAM, nearby. Stone bridge is 20-25 minutes walk from the hotel. Host was very friendly and she gave me recommendations and tips for the places to visit. A true gem in Skopje.

WiFi worked, easy access, supermarket around the corner, lots of trendy bars and restaurants near.
Location from centre was too far, beds were very small and narrow, could never get in the shared bathroom which wasn’t clean and ran out of loo roll, had a huge kitchen in the middle of the room and called it an apartment. Nothing to cook with in the kitchen, just seemed to be a lot of cupboards for show. Waste of money and space.
