Coffee and tea great. Everything provided that you need for an overnight stay No need to bring anything! Parking outside although a busy road

A downstairs toilet would be good Hot tub in the outside space would be a great addition !

The host, Steve was super friendly and helpful, even giving us a ride to the Kynren site! He met us upon arrival and helped us settle in. The house is fantastic, super clean and comfortable. It is well equipped with essentials for cooking and is spacious and airy. It is in a great location, within walking distance to the town center. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean and water pressure was great. This would be great location from which to have wonderful day trips, Durham is a short drive away.

Location was ideal not to near town centre but nice walk to it , everything you needed was available in to property and all the beds were comfortable and quality bedding will definitely be staying again 😀

The property was obviously refurbished and well equipped, ideal if you’re looking to stay in the area .

The property was cold and the heating was obviously being controlled elsewhere (hive)? I’d rather pay another £10 a night and have control of the heating ! Shower leaked through ceiling in en-suite !
