The service and breakfast were amazing, they helped us from the very beginning and gave us a free upgrade.

The hotel itself was nice, room was clean had everything and staff helpfull.
No complaints there.
The dog. A massive dog was sleeping outside my room door and barked at all hours deafening barking at 2am 4 am 6am. I barely got any sleep..even with ear plugs. Someone eventually put him outside but that made it louder and longer as my door was 1st floor
Who keeps a dog in a hotel ????? Insane
