A little disappointing

Lovely, safe, quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking

House bit unloved. Needs redecorating and kitchen and bathroom cupboards emptied of all but essential items. Other minor issues already documented with owner. Water pressure extremely low for showers. Needed note from owner to say to get hot water, the boiler needs to be heating the tank for a couple of hours. It is not a combi boiler system.

Very well equipped house, all mod cons, lovely quiet neighborhood with a small garden for kids 🌻

It was difficult to know if the spare bedding was clean or not, instead of being thrown on the wardrobe floor maybe putting it in the airing cupboard might be better. Not a dislike, but transport/car is necessary.
