Very calm central location, about 2 km south of Temple Bar, well connected by Bus or RedClick bikes. All very clean. Nice shower. Good for a few days in Dublin. Good friendly communication with the host.
Tiny room with little space around the bed, everything is tight. The kitchen is a kitchenette, not meant for cooking, only mikrowave. Green light of smoke detector is too bright at night.

***Pros:**
- Excellent shower with strong water pressure and consistently hot water.
- Very responsive management through online messaging, including throughout the weekend.
- Clean, modern bathroom with attractive white subway tiles.
- Well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.
- Wardrobe for hanging clothes, plus an iron.
- Nice TV, desk area, and window providing good natural light.
- Staff respected my request not to enter the room while I was away.
**Cons:**
- While the listing mentions stairs-only access to upper floors, I didn't know my room would require carrying luggage up two flights. Quite the workout after a long travel day!
- The radiator didn't work, leaving the room cold. The ceiling-mounted Dyson wasn't much better, constantly cycling on and off and making quite a bit of noise.
- Conflicting information between on-site staff and management about whether the heating was working.
- Bathroom design clearly prioritized appearance over practicality. No shelves for toiletries above the tiny sink or in the shower, despite plenty of available wall space. The back of the toilet became my makeshift bathroom counter.
- Kitchen dishes and utensils were stored on open shelves and had collected dust.
- No kitchen trash bin despite an obvious space for one, leaving the bathroom bin as the only option.

"Literally every little thing! My stay was just amazing, the room is actually a fully equipped flat, with even two bathrooms. It is super cosy, comfortable and really feels like home in a gateway ❤️ ..."
