This was the third hotel during our trip (Lisbon- Chiado -> Lagos -> Lisbon- Oriente) and it did not disappoint! Our boys, ages 4 and 7, LOVED the bunk beds! Our room was fully stocked, including a combo washer/dryer which was convenient. The two pools, indoor/outdoor, were great. The EXCEPTIONAL review is a testament to the staff- those at check-in, those serving poolside drinks, and especially those in the restaurant. Wanted to give a special shout out to Tiago who made our last night's dinner unforgettable! I had inquired about the possibility of the restaurant arranging a Wine Tasting since getting out to do a Wine Tasting with kiddos wasn't very easy to do and Tiago went above and beyond, even did a Juice Tasting for the kids which was a huge hit! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great facilities and family friendly
We weren’t able to get into our room on time, however the staff dealt with the situation exceptionally. Particularly Vitor was very helpful

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. It really had everything I needed: beautiful facility, tons of restaurants and activities close by. It really was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!
