Situated in Santa Monica, this lovely house for $358 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy the sea breeze in this modern cottage in a perfect location. You are within easy 5 minutes walking distance to Main Street, the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Venice and Abbott Kinney are a bike ride away with gourmet cafes, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and yoga studios. We recently renovation and have a new custom kitchen, bathroom, patio doors to a new outdoor deck for indoor outdoor living. Stay in this safe, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. Memory foam mattresses with linen sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. The private garden is surrounded by professionally landscaped shrubs with patios for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbecue after work or a day at the beach or sightseeing. This is a licensed Santa Monica Home-Share #229082. Host will be present during the visitor’s stay’ . The home-share may not be booked or rented by more than two groups of visitors for any given date”

The home was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, and the outside deck was a perfect spot to relax. The location was a quick walk to Main Street in Santa Monica and a couple more blocks to the beach. The hosts were very friendly and promptly responded to our questions. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

My husband and I were visiting family. The cottage was perfect!! So spacious and conveniently located to everything. Walking distance to Main St which was awesome. We loved the porch area. Will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed the short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The beach cruisers and boogie boards were wonderful additions to the comfortable and well equipped home. We hope to return again!

This was such a fantastic property! It was ideal for a few days of staycation and perfectly situated near the ocean, downtown Santa Monica and the freeway. Could not have been more impressed with the cleanliness and style of everything inside and out.

Little gem walking distance to the beach. Great patio space with privacy. The entry door is a bit different in the way it operates, but the property owner leaves great instructions on how to use. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations left by property owner as well.

We stayed at the cottage from July 9-July 16 2023. We were pleasantly surprised that the cottage was just as it had looked in the photos :) Very clean and close to the beach and many amenities. We did have a couple of issues arise, that being said, the host, Teresa, was very quick to act and have the issues resolved with no interruption with our plans :) We were pleased with the results. The bathroom mirror was a little high for us Canadian shorties...lol...but we managed with the other mirrors in the cottage. We were able to walk to many areas and the cost of taking a Lyft to anywhere that was too far to walk, or for a guided tour, was quite economical. Again, location is phenomenal ! We would highly recommend this well kept and located cottage to anyone wanting to explore/visit Santa Monica Pier/Beach, Venice Beach and surrounding areas :) Paulette, Nicole, Naomi and Shayna...

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so cute and comfortable! The best part was the continuous hot water tank… with two teens it was a godsend! Spent more time on the patio then we did the beach because it was so comfortable. Our flight arrived before check-in time so the property owner allowed us to drop our bags until check-in. Great communication and coordination. We absolutely loved our stay!

Wonderful stay- the house is perfect , very well equipped with everything you could need and more! The shower is fantastic. Loved the decking area - really nice space to sit out. Location is great good walking distance to cafes restaurants and the beach. Great communications with host. Definitely recommend this place.

The property is as advertised. Very clean and in a great location. A short walk to the beach, close enough I went for a run every morning. Only a 15 minute walk to Santa Monica pier and shops. Would definitely stay again if I get the chance.

This property was one of the best I have stayed in. Hosts were friendly and accomodating. The location was perfect - close to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc. The home was clean and extremely comfortable. The outdoor space was inviting and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay here! Should we return to the area, we would book again and again!

We so enjoyed our stay at Teresa's place! It was even better than the pictures. Loved the comfy and private deck, the wonderful bedrooms and sofa bed (so we each had our own space!), the fantastic kitchen we could have cooked in! And the proximity to Ocean Park and the beach, of course. Amazing and lovely and so clean! Definitely would stay there again and recommend to others. Having a parking spot was super, too.

This little cottage is a gem. It's comfortable, beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. We had a great time with our family here and enjoyed every minute. It had everything we needed - and I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a fantastic stay with our family of 4 (2 kids under 3 years old) - wish we could have stayed longer. It was a short walk to the beach/pier. The backyard feels very private, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend! We can’t wait to come back.
