The Mount Adams area is a walkable and safe place to stay. We were here to visit family, who live nearby. The home is very spacious and homey and is equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal (minus the food part). The beds are firm but comfortable. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs here from getting into the home itself as well as a nice finished basement and upstairs bedrooms. The only drawback we had was the street parking-if you get parked before 5:30 you will probably be close, but after that...you may be blocks away. This is a very common problem in this area, though, and not the fault of the owners. I just thought I'd mention it in case anyone has issues with parking and walking. We'd highly recommend this rental and will consider again when we're in the area next time.

The location was very nice and the house had a ton of character. There was just a lot of dust throughout and agitated our allergies. Especially in the basement which is when we noticed the vent near the floor that was caked in a thick amount of dust. Other than this it would have been perfect!
