This rambling beach house is accented by high beamed ceilings, slate floors, and walls of glass, with all the living space on one level. No frills, just a great place to anchor to for a carefree week by the sea. The Dining area off the Kitchen opens to a fabulous enclosed porch, a perfect place for morning coffee or comfortable evenings in the cool Cape air. The spacious Living Room with fun decor and gorgeous views is a great gathering space for watching the ball game or the boats go by. 4 Bedrooms and 2 full Baths complete the interior, with full laundry facilities in the basement. Located just before the Sagamore Bridge in Sagamore Beach area, so no bridges to cross at Check-in! This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home! Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime. Additional Information to Assist You: Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate. Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. State and local taxes are charged if applicable. For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. ***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc. You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.

1) Cleanliness: Bathrooms and kitchen very clean ..Bedrooms and living room ,spider webs ,sand everywhere including in the beds (which we had to vacumn prior to placing our own linens on beds) ..Windows in bedrooms ( a few) were worn out/ broken .Necessitating intervention to open and close By son with his knowledge. Lastly impossible to access living area which was noted to be on first floor ( May be but requires climbing up steep cellar stairs to first floor living area with suitcases and equipment needed as linens) Husband is handicapped and 74.. I am 71 …Wr had to park up on back lawn for us to utilize FIRST FLOOR… Love to stay again but accessibility would have to be allowed from back door up hill on lawn ( thankfully we have a 4 wheel drive truck ) Jean Girardin
