This three-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway is in the North Beach Village and features a screened-in covered balcony with tropical views and access to a fabulous community pool. Highlights • Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach • Screened-in balcony • Community pool • Near shops, restaurants, city tennis courts, and boat launch • Pet friendly As you step inside and head up to the main living floor, you will notice a sleek living room with two sofas, a smart TV, and a beautiful screened-in balcony. The bright kitchen has all the essential appliances and cookware to prepare family dishes and has island seating. There is an old Florida-style dining room table adjacent to an additional balcony. Get your best night’s rest in one of the three bright and cheerful bedrooms, each with a Queen bed with crisp, comfortable linens and plenty of closet and dresser space for beach bags and vacation accessories. The first bathroom has a beautiful double vanity, a water closet, and a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom features a tub and shower combination. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use. Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 3rd level: Queen bed -Second Bedroom, 3rd level: Queen bed -Third Bedroom, 3rd level: Queen bed After a day on the glistening Gulf, take a refreshing dip in the community pool and enjoy a family BBQ on the gas grill. This location is fantastic, as it’s close to the community boat ramp, city tennis courts, shops, restaurants, and of course, the beautiful beaches! Guests can store bikes from home in the garage, ride to their favorite spots, or hop on the free island trolley to explore all seven miles of paradise. Discover the natural beauty of Anna Maria and live the island lifestyle here at Sweet Sea Life! This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions, and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved before arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that an additional non-refundable pet fee will be charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. *Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Our spring break vacation on Anna Maria Island was everything we wanted it to be. Our Holmes Beach condo did not disappoint. Spacious, comfortable, with close proximity to a beautiful beach, we were able to enjoy every minute of our time!

Just another day in paradise is right! This rental was great. It was clean, in a nice location, had a dedicated space for us to park in, and was very comfortably appointed for guests. This home was beautifully kept and you can tell it is well taken care of and cleaned thoroughly, the bedrooms were nice size and beds very comfortable, the kitchen and dining room full of natural light and open space, and the screened in lanai was dreamy, allowing us to spend hours in the fresh sea air and sun. In the living room the couch was extra comfy for afternoon naps and movie nights alike. Best part is they allowed us to bring our small dog (we paid a fee but well worth it). The community neighborhood was really well laid out and had a nice shared pool for us to use. The beach was only a short walk away and we went every single day of our vacation, during the day and right at sunset in the evenings. Anna Maria Island is really beautiful and has a great vibe with the local residents, we met a few who live here year round and they were very welcoming and kind. We hope to return next year for a longer stay, the management company was pleasant and easy to contact when we needed assistance. Thank you.
