This property is in a great location. Right in the heart of the old historic centre. Shops, restaurants, seafront, historical sites, cultural sites, and high end fashion shopping. The unit is located off a dark alleyway, but we never felt unsafe. The entrance is dark, not well maintained, and the unit is up three flights of stairs. A bit difficult if you have a lot of bags. The interior needs some maintenance, especially lighting fixtures and some paint, but the unit is very large and fairly well appointed. The terrace is a nice quiet place to sit out, but needs some upkeep and could have better furniture/ amenities. In general the unit is a little dated and worn out. The location and price make up for the appearance.
