poor value for money

Good location, nice bedrooms, terrace

pictures on the listing are not at all accurate - the kitchen is a cupboard with a tiny hob and sink (pic below), broken glass in cupboard and on terrace, air conditioning ineffective and we were told not to put it on, raised issues with staff via WhatsApp and was ignored

- perfect view from big terrace - big rooms - interesting old house

- just some flowers and a little bit of style would make the terrace perfect - the elevator up to the terrace is a bit strange

Lovely place and hosts

Massima was so kind and helpful l and was easily contactable throughout our stay. The accomodation was clean and very comfortable. It was a good sized space and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful. We had a lovely 4 nights here.

It's worth noting that the terrace area is only accessible via a lift and not directly level with the living areas. The kitchen was small and basic and without an oven (we were still able to cook all our meals on the hob).

Great value for a comfortable home and incredible rooftop patio view

The property had a gorgeous roof top balcony that had incredible views of the town and Salerno harbor. We used it each morning and evening throughout our stay and were so grateful to have such a comfortable and private space to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sunsets. The beds were also very comfortable and the bedrooms were quite spacious. The hosts also came to find out to help us sort out a parking issue we ran into and then helped carry our bags down to the apartment. They checked in on us to make sure everything was fine throughout our stay, as well. Two of us had video calls/meetings throughout the trip and the Wi-Fi worked pretty well, too (worked perfectly at the dining table and worked well without video in the bedrooms). If we get the opportunity to visit Salerno again, we will definitely book this property again.

There was not hot water kettle — not a big issue for us, but good to be aware!

Very good

Very very beautiful view and very nice place. Amazing price-quality ratio and the place was very modern

There are ALOT of stairs to climb up as the place is quite high up and the shower was pretty bad but otherwise it was very nice

Recommended! Perfect view! Comfortable!

Lot of stairs, but definitely worth the view! Staff is helpful and available in any question. Everything is there to cook, clean etc.

Neighbors are well heard, but polite.

Superb

The place is really nice, with comfy firm beds. The view from the rooftop is amazing! Alfredo and Massima are the most helpful host you can imagine and everything went very smoothly. Kitchenette was tiny, but we didn't cook anything so we didn't need it. You will manage to make a nice cup of coffee in the morning just fine.

Shower heads chould be better, the chairs were a bit crickety and the lift to the roof terrace had few hiccups. Also would be great if there chould be sund beds on the rooftop.

Perfect stay in a great place

Our host Alfredo and Massima did everything to make our stay perfect; we felt really welcome. The apartment was also perfect, and the view from the terrace over Salerno and the sea was great! We will definitely come back to Salerno and Alfredos apartment.

Nothing, we liked everything! It´s only good to know that the apartment is not suitable for people who have problems with climbing stairs, for us it was no problem. And only as suggestion: it would be great to have a parasol on the terrace!

Perfect and lovely apartment in middle of old town

Very good accommodation! Very clean and perfect location to go everywhere. Good kitchen.

A dishwasher would be nice to have.

Absolutely outstanding view from the terrace! You can spend hours there, just drinking wine, eating and talking. The bed is comfy, all the furnitures relatively new and in good condition

Clean, friendly staff

Originally booked a one bed apt with kitchenette whoever needed to change due to really tiny kitchen being unsuitable. Ended up in a studio which wasn’t ideal travelling with a toddler but it was the only way to get the kitchen we thought we had. Pictures a bit misleading in that sense

Pleasant

Rosario was great, picked ya up from the train station and showed us around. View was great and apartment pretty nice. Balcony large.

Location - although the view was pretty amazing the stairs to the apartment were pretty strenuous and being at the town of a hill it was a bit of an effort to walk back to the apartment. No washing machine. Not much in terms of kitchen stuff, no tea towel or wine glasses or kettle.
