I went to terminal south to catch the bus at 8pm. The Bus left at the terminal around 8:30pm and I have never been in moalboal so I don’t have any idea about the place and what to expect or what not. Around 10:30 pm I went the crazy bears website and saw the WhatsApp option of contacting the hostel. So I did sent a text letting them know that I'm still in the bus ,I’m still coming and traveling alone, that I have no idea where to stop and get out from the bus.i was nervous. I didn’t expect anybody will respond to my concern asap! Gab was super accommodating and give me instructions what to do exactly, giving me tips of how much the tricycle fee etc. I arrived at crazy bears at exactly midnight. The guard was very pleasant and was smooth and quick checked in.the room was very clean. I was so happy with the service. All the staff are super accommodating and pleasant. I would 100000% will stay with them again and I highly recommend this hostel.

Amazing staff. Close to the main tourist road

Nice quiet location off the main road a little and away from the bars closer to the beach. Staff were super friendly and met lots of cool travellers. The food at their main pub area was really good also. Only complaint would be the door knob was very squeaky in my room.
Other than that, I would stay again if in Moalboal.
