The studio unit for our family of four is located at the top of the building. The lift stops at second floor, we have to carry the luggage one more floor up to the room.
The room size is good, kitchenette is useful. However the water heater doesn’t seem to be working. The water is only warm for the first five seconds, called the reception to report the issue and it didn’t get fixed. We ended up taking cold showers.

Centrally located in downtown Zurich, hotel Franziskaner. The room was amazingly clean and it has a kitchenette, stove, fridge, electric kettle that made our stay even more enjoyable since we can cook anything that we wanted to eat. The staff was excellent hands down they were so accommodating and so helpful, special mention to Alli and the amazing lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name). I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family if ever they visit Zurich. They even helped us with parking since we rented a car for the 10 days that we were there. Thank you. I will definitely rate this hotel 10/10.
