It was a lovely spacious house. Comfy beds and big rooms. It was warm, light and great location.

It was spacious for a big group. Lovely big bedrooms.

The couch broke when we sat on it. The iron was uneven and broken. A few more single beds would have been good as it was mainly bridesmaids getting ready for a wedding. Not enough mirrors, but I read that on another review so we brought our own. I left one there for you. More cups/mugs would be good.

nice quiet location, ok size, house and property needs maintenance, furnished like a student flat

good location, warm and cosy, good kitchen, quiet

needs maintenance - lots of small defects and property not that clean - eg had to clean up dog droppings, shower hose is split, toilet is in cupboard sized room and holder broken, had to buy remote batteries and set up smart TV etc

Home has potential but needs some investment and a better cleaner.

large property with a good location and easy to access. Good heating so was warm. large space

The place was not clean. the toilet and bathroom were especially bad. the walls of the toilet looked as if they had been sprayed with vomit and not cleaned properly. The bed sheets were stained and overall the standard of cleaning poor. The beds and mattresses look like they could have been picked up from the side of the road, very old, not comfortable and no headboard or comfortable pillows. Blinds not hung well and very stained in one room. lamps did not work in two of the rooms and the TV remote (only way to control the tv) went flat. Overall shabby feel to the place.

The positives outweighed the few minor issues at your home and we did enjoy our stay at your lovely home.

spacious well presented home in a quiet area, modern kitchen equipment and with wifi, big rooms with comfortable beds, premium bedding, close to shopping centre and Wellington city centre.

A few issues: 1. Street parking not convenient for our 12 seater work van 2. Would have appreciated mirrors in bedrooms with one being full-size. There were 5 women dressing for a work event at Te Papa and sharing the bathroom face mirror was very hectic. 3. The end bedroom didnt have a working room light although there was a lamp with a very small bulb giving minimal light in the room. 4. Although there were 4 comfortable double beds, there was only one couple in our group, so a few single beds would have been preferred.

The property wasn’t up to standard,lawns not mowed,bottles from the last tenants were still there and the kitchen wasn’t clean and I think they need paper work to show how to work the TV but overall great accommodation
