John provided all you would need and more. Attention to detail is impeccable. Location is perfect, every historical attraction is within walking distance. The quietest place is stayed outside of my home. Air conditioning is perfect. I would stay here again if I am in Athens.

Everything was fantastic!! The host goes out of his way to leave everything from snacks to water - to paracetamol for emergencies. Everything was very clean and well kept on arrival. The location is perfect and one of the best neighborhoods to be in Athens.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host went above and beyond, leaving a very nice selection of drinks and refreshments in the fridge. On top of that, he is incredibly kind and helpful. He even helped us solve a personal issue after we checked out. Truly exceptional service!

This is the best apartment we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Everything you might need was provided for a comfortable stay, and it is lovingly decorated which is a plus for me. The location was great with lots of places to eat nearby, as well as markets and a grocery store. It is walking distance to most historical sites and to public transport. The host responds very quickly when contacted, which is important when there is no reception area. We were there for a week and we could have stayed longer very happily.
Not a dislike but rather something to be aware of: the apartment lock is a bit tricky until you get used to it. Also knowing where to find the hall light would be useful on arrival as the hallway is dark and fitting the key in the lock in the dark is not easy. Finally we would have liked a toaster and a tea pot in the kitchen, but we managed quite well without.
