The location was great. Across the street was the Japanese mall (I forgot the actual name) with a great food court in its basement floor. Next door is Landers, membership shopping like Costco. Around the corner is Wildflour (our favorite breakfast spot) and Uptown Mall. Property was very responsive. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available for use. No ramp in front of property so ask to get dropped off in the Landers garage parking (take a left before going up the ramp). Easier to roll in luggage through the side entrance especially when it’s raining .
Bed was uncomfortable but I was given a futon topper after I had complained. Shower had some mold. I tried to actually clean it before I left. Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils and cooking materials. Didn’t have a traditional coffee maker but there was an electric kettle and a coffee press (not sure how to work that). Light above sink was hanging for dear life. AC started to leak in our last night so we just turned it off and used the other AC in the bedroom. Bedroom doesn’t actually have a door, it’s more of a sliding wall. AC in lobby was non-existent.

The location was excellent and the room itself was on a good and quiet floor - not too high.
My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 days and we both liked how conveniently close the malls were around us. The room is also very spacious and clean with a strong internet connection. I definitely recommend choosing this place if you want to be closer to the busier side of BGC.

Location only
The unit was dirty. Mold in the shower, dirty seat covers, dirty carpet and dirty cup in bathroom. The curtains did not completely cover the windows so the sun bakes the room in the day time. Receiving only one key was a huge inconvenience. AC blows on you all night gave me a cold.
