Loved everything about this place! Clean and modern room. It was nice having a full size fridge and a stovetop. Bathroom was great with amazing shower water pressure. Free wifi worked great! Location is right across the street from Grand Hyatt and Mitzukoshi Mall which was amazing.
The host was very responsive on Whatsapp and checked in frequently to make sure we were happy. Would definitely stay again!
We checked in late at night due to our flight and the person at the lobby seemed unfamiliar with a lot of the check in procedures so it took a while. When we checked out there was a whole office for checking in/out so I suspect that won't be an issue for most guests.

The location was excellent. Food, malls, services, convenience were all easily walking distance I almost never needed to order Grab (Uber) while staying here.
The room was very comfortable and feels like home base. There was enough space to be comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good and there was a TV, fridge, and everything I needed in a kitchen like skillets and pots and utensils and dishes.
The room had plenty of air conditioning and I couldn't hear anyone else in the building once I closed my door.
The manager was very accommodating and communicative.
I had one maintenance issue with a drain plug getting stuck in the bathroom sink and the manager responded within minutes and had maintenance fix it within an hour and he provided free room service for the inconvenience which is excellent customer service.
I did feel that the mattress was pretty thin... I like to lay on my side and I could feel my hip bone bottoming out the bed - but I'm also a 100KG man, still I would have liked a higher quality bed.
I just got used to sleeping on my back and the bed was perfectly fine.
The Washing machine was sooooo loud - no matter what settings I tried when ever it got to a spin cycle whether I fully loaded it or only put a few clothes in it the whole machine would jump off the floor and slam into the walls... I just made sure to only run laundry when we were out of the room and I had to place towels to protect the machine while it ran. - I wouldn't call this a deal breaker for the room though, I was grateful to have a washer/dryer because I don't like using laundry services.

We like the settings and most appliances were readily available to use. Only laundry was a problem at the room during our stay. Otherwise, it felt like a small one bedroom apartment fit for two.
