Great value for the location close to swimming beach and right in the heart of Ermoupoli!! No car needed – we walked everywhere.
Cute little balcony for enjoying a cuppa or wine with views to the port.
We asked for some extra cutlery and a chopping board to make a small meals for ourselves and it was provided which we really appreciated. A little washing up detergent would be handy!
Be sure to walk down to the 24-hour bakery next to Plateia Miaouli - amazing cakes and coffee!
The hot water power switch tripped and turned off at some point. My husband figured out how to turn it back on and I’m sure the owner would have helped if we asked. Just be aware if the water goes cold this might have happened. Easy fix and the owner apologised.
We would love to see a little cooktop or barbecue added to the balcony – the back part of the balcony had plenty of space to be turned into a lovely little outdoor kitchen and garden.
Note: Booking.com does not take the payment so you have to arrange to meet and pay cash or do a bank transfer. We opted for bank transfer so our time was not interrupted and for proof of payment.

l'arrogance de l'hôte; Il a exigé un paiement en cash et pas en carte bancaire, de façon trés impérieuse. Il ne parle pas anglais.
La salle de bains est trés petite; il n'y a pas de kitchenette mais seulement un frigo +bouilloire+ cafetière
le matériel sur la terrasse : table et nacelle ont les pieds rouillés
