1.ห้องพักควรจะเห็นวิวทะเล ตามที่ลงไว้ แต่กลับไม่เห็นเลย มีแต่ต้นไม้บัง
2.อาหารเช้าควรเพิ่มรายการให้มากขึ้น

บริการ พนักงานแจ้งว่าอัปเกรดห้องให้ แต่ห้องที่ได้มาคือวิวต้นไม้บัง รวมถึงอาคารที่สร้างมาบังด้วย ขอเปลี่ยนห้องก็แจ้งว่าจะมีกรุ๊ปมา แต่คือเข้ามาห้องว่างแยะมาก คนมาพักไม่ค่อยมี ห้องสกปรก ไม่มีสลิปเปอร์ เดินมาคือเท้าดำมาก
