The house was nice and it was relatively clean. Therr were some old towes that were eaither dirty or had stains on them but the onwers offered to send the cleaning crew back out. the rest of the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with kitcheware for coooking. The pool and patio were very nice, the patio was parallel to a hole on the golf course with trees, very relaxing to stay out there.
The pool cleaning system went to work in the middle of the night, off the later bedroom sounding like a car wash and waking me up. Also, the fire alarm beeped at night a few times in te late night early morning hourse, could never figure out which one. the thermostat was set at 72 but it wa sonly 72 at night, it could not keep cool at that temp throughout the day, usually at 76. If this was later in the summer, that woul dnot be doable.

The size of the home, private backyard pool, plenty space, convenient to the walmart
Felt some basic needs for the kitchen were missing like a pan for the oven and some bowls for cereal. Also, was not able to adjust the temperature of the home- especially at night, when we were hot and slept without blankets and fans on high with bedroom doors open.
