Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this lovely apartment hotel for $121 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Alexandra purchased this villa bc of the floor plan , there are only 5 on property, the 3 balconies are unique and spacious. It is 1500 square feet. Were placed the 20 year old dark curtains and love the solar shades. They are clean. We replaced the hideous carpet you still see in the marina inn .the HOA fees we pay are ridiculous so we need to have our UPTOWN villa rented . We love direct bookings and make check in and out convenient. We are not on the rental program so we can keep our prices below the market. Pets are welcomed as long as we are aware. We have to inform security. They aren’t big on dog barking as everyone complains . We love one night visits. We are very interested in getting longer stays during the off season. Uptown is clean comfortable private and luxurious. Intercostal marina golf yachts beach pools weights spas dinning jet skies sauna bars restaurants, shuttle to beach in season, valet service concierge security kid friendly elderly friendly 4 th floor view motorcycle friendly washer and dryer ice minimal soaps towels lines provided and cleaned by owners pillows and bedding are updated and kept fresh. This corner unit has breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway from every room. Spacious living room and bedrooms. Host was exceptional to work with and everyone at resort was helpful and kind!

Very nice condo with great views of intracoastal waterway and marina. It was exactly as described on the listing, very nice and we were impressed with how clean it was. It is conveniently located near lots of shopping, dining and of course the beach. We went to the Christmas shows at Carolina Opry and Alabama Theatre. The Carolina Opry is literally across the street from the Marinna Inn and the Alabama Theatre located at Barefoot landing is a short drive. I called the owner with a quick question at check-in, and he answered my call and also answered my questions and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

This is definitely a hidden gem if you are vacationing in Myrtle Beach. Especially if you are wanting a more intimate setting away from the craziness of Ocean Avenue. Would recommend to anyone!

Our trip to Myrtle Beach was a combination of vacation and dropping our son off for his freshman year at Coastal Carolina University. The property was close to the university which was a plus. The property was near several attractions including shopping, restaurants and the beach. The property offers a prompt short shuttle to and from the beach. The pool area had plenty of room and seating to spread out. The pool also offers lunch and adult beverages! The condo was spacious, comfortable and offered excellent views of the intercostal waterway.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a great location and our overall experience couldn’t have been any better! The unit was clean, spacious, beautiful and had fantastic views. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. We appreciated having bed linens, towels and pool towels provided, it made packing so much easier. I hope to stay here again next year, I highly recommend it to anyone looking the perfect little getaway!

I’ll never forget this amazing trip! My boyfriend proposed while we were standing in the kitchen! I've stayed at several Marina Inn units over the years and Uptown is hands down the very best! This unit is spotless and stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Every other unit I've stayed in is exactly like the next. I think what sets this unit apart is that it's in the tower and has 3 private balconies. The bed was so comfortable. I haven't slept that well in years! The owner is a great communicator and a pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to go back next year.

We’ve been staying at this resort since 2009 and this room did not disappoint. It was a great condo with a beautiful view. Room was clean and the resort has great amenities. We love that the beach is quiet and has chairs and umbrellas waiting for you when you arrive. Owners were very helpful and great communicators. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This uptown rental is a beauty!! It’s spacious, clean, and has the most spectacular views with its three balconies. The owner was very accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the valet service and access to the private ocean club on the beach. The shuttle access to and from the beach was very convenient and overall it was an amazing stay! Thank you for sharing this amazing rental with us! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at the Marina for over 5 years in different units and this unit was by far the best! The views were stunning! The unit was clean and spacious. The reason for our stay is not always the units but the service by the doormen. Bruce is our favorite and he always takes care of us! When I told him what unit we had rented this year, his eyes lite up and said you are going to enjoy this unit! He was right, we LOVED the unit and will be booking again! Thanks for making this feel like our home!

The villa was in a great location. Just a short distance from the beach, but right on the intercoastal/marina. Loved waking up to the views of the boats and water. Rooms and bathrooms are VERY spacious. Great location to everything.

Beautiful, the view and the condo. Everything the owners said was true in the listing. Every morning we woke up to an amazing view of international waterway and harbor. Access to the beach was easy. However this is not the type of place you go into with sandy chairs and shoes. They even have a shuttle that will take you. Such a great place!

This property is spacious, clean and relaxing. A choice of balconies that overlook the marina. We didn't cook, but it looks like everything you need is there if you want, including the all- important coffee pot! Would absolutely recommend to a friend and stay again! Thank you!
