This newly renovated Florida Keys vacation rental sits conveniently in a quiet residential community with close to Sunset Grille and the 7 Mile bridge! This home is perfect for capturing that incredible famed sunset photo. This home is a stilt style home accessible by stairs located at the front of the house. Inside you'll find tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. This home was newly renovated and designed to be the ideal Florida Keys getaway. The main living area boasts a large flat screen TV surrounded by a plush wrap around couch with plenty of room to spread out for a movie night after a long day on the water. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and everything you need for cooking up a meal from the comfort of your own home. Don't feel like cooking? Order out from one of the many local restaurants offering some of the freshest seafood available. Both the inside dining table and the outside dining area seat six comfortably with space for a family dinner inside or outside at your preference. The first bedroom is furnished with a luxurious Queen sized bed and an en-suite master bathroom for your convenience. The second bedroom has one queen sized bed and coastal decor, The third bedroom is a loft-style room located on the second floor of the home, with 4 twin beds it is the perfect place for kids! Off street parking includes room for your boat trailer and several parking spaces in the driveway, so bring the whole family down to enjoy this slice of paradise! Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night, this includes children & infants. This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed. Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras. We loved this stay! The house was clean (and I’m picky) and well stocked. The location was so peaceful and we loved the ocean views from the deck. My husband and I sat out there every night after the kids went to bed. The only change I could ask for would be to have some storage/ mixing bowls in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a huge deal. We’d love to come back again!

Beautiful home, very well represented. Property mgmt very/immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. We book a house with a nice kitchen because we prefer preparing and eating our own food rather than restaurant food which can be variable at best. Kitchen was well equipped and lacking only a few items for our liking: strainer, salad spinner, some type of juicer, even a hand held one as we made Key lime pie the first night and had to hand squeeze the limes which was a challenge! Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. Good pots & pans, nice blender, toaster, coffee maker with filters available. The property did not include a beach umbrella or beach chairs. These are easily rented at some public beaches. Property did not have bicycles available and this being so close to 7-Mile Bridge biking path would have been welcome. Again, bikes are rentable nearby so if that’s of interest, be sure to plan accordingly. Generally a very quiet area save for the nightly noise from the nearby resort and outdoor shows. This is only heard if you are on tje deck at night. In the house with the AC on, you can’t hear a thing.
