We had three whole 2 apartments for our group of 11. It was clean, large rooms, with plenty of bathrooms to service all of us. Very close to Vatican City. Good communication with the host. Excellent for a large group.
It was a bit sparse. - there was no shower soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast was organised down the road at a local bar, which was fine, but would have been nice to have basic coffee facilities in the apartment provided. Beds were super hard. Door man to the complex was grumpy and not welcoming.
