The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. The car park was also very well-lit, which made us feel safe when coming back at night.
The Stay-in booklet provided was very useful as well, especially for helping us discover nearby places to eat and things to do. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Nice indoor playground facility that kept my kids entertained. Place is cleaned and tidy.
Upon check in, the internet is not working, contacted helpline and a staff came to recitify for 30 mins and cannot resolve. And was told by staff that issue was due to internet service subscription not paid. Told me to go have dinner and internet will be up by the time I returned. However when back, internet still down. Contact helpline and no response. Only the following morning 9am internet was up, which was 2 hrs before my check out.
