The location is fantastic. It’s great to be very close to Sunway Big Box & its amenities. I see Big Box as ever improving its facilities and it’s wonderful that it now has a big Watsons, massage place, mani Pedi etc. Sunway Grid homestay has a very good check-in system and the security is also good. I feel safe even when I return late.

Only one toilet provided quiet a problem with a big family but overall is ok

Host is responsive. The check in & check out is a smooth process. Parking is very spacious and bright. Apartment is clean
The sofa could be more comfortable & spacious. The pillows should be more comfortable (like how hotel pillows are), there should be tissues available in the apartment. And the toilet water drainage should be better. Maybe in future, can provide house slippers
