very clean and a lovely room and easy to find
had difficulty getting in multiple times after being sent different codes that didn’t work while trying to check in late at night. also really desperately need to sort out the lock boxes provided for luggage storage- box has extremely rusty lock which is very difficult to use but most importantly it doesn’t even lock the box. box is broken so can only lock lid which obviously still leaves the whole box open, would be an easy fix which would leave customers feeling more secure leaving personal luggage there

İlk akşam sıcak su gelmiyordu malesef duş alamadık misafir gelecek sanki hiç kontrol edilmemiş gibiydi. İletişim sorunluydu geç ulaşabildik jaluji ahşap perdeler çok tozlu hiç temizlenmemiş kullanmaya kalkınca oda toz oluyordu oda nevresimler banyo temizdi bunların haricinde problem yoktu bunlara dikkat edilirse iyi olur. Birde kiralama yapılıp ödemesi yapıldıktan sonra türist vergisi adı altında ücret talep ediliyor belediye için ödenmezse rezervasyon iptal edilecek deniliyor o saatten sonra iptal et ödeme iadesi takip et zor iş mecburen yatırılıyor bunu başlangiçta ücret içine konursa daha iyi olur sonuçta herkez baştan fiyatı tam olarak bilir. Het café onder het Hotel ging tot 02:00 uur door met luide muziek. Je doet geen oog dicht.
