It was in really nice location, the hotel rooms and everything around was clean and nice! The staff members very helpful and they care about clients.
Maybe TV, that can be upgraded.

Friendly and helpful reception service and great staff throughout the Hotel. Rooms were nice and well presented. Bar and restaurant on site. Well located near train station and shops.
Front entrance area leading to Hotel is not maintained at all. The large pathed area may not belong to Hotel but has overgrown circular garden beds, uncut hedges, weeds, litter and is unsightly. Does give a poor impression of the Hotel. Surprised Hotel Management has not attempted to present a nice frontage to combat what may be an unkept “public area”. once inside the Hotel the interior is lovely, modern and spotless. Room great, shower had some mould in corner, lack of coffee/tea supplies bare minimum (2 sugars, 2 milk pods) for 2 people x 5 days. Music piped through hotel too loud especially if rooms are near lifts.

The hotel is next to the station. Very convenient. Room size is reasonable.
The bathroom lacks glass panel. When one shower it splashes everywhere.
