Richard at the front desk was awesome! He was responsive, helpful, and great customer service. He made up for a lot of the roughness of the property. Also the Air conditioning and hot water worked great. Awesome over water view.
The facilities needed some tender loving care. A lot of maintenance has not been done. Bathroom door about ready to fall off its hinges. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work. Water would run out off the bathroom shower into the main room if not stopped with towel to block it. During our stay there was no maid service: which was fine for us but some people might care. A stray cockroach in the middle of the night spooked my wife.

Incredible ocean view from my room, which was also very spacious.
Richard, the manager of the hotel, is the greatest manager I have ever experienced.
He really went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from arranging my tours to help me getting around. He was always available with the most incredible kindness. Honestly, I can’t thank Richard enough.
The hotel is great value for your money.
It has a great value for your money.
Don’t expect luxury but a friendly place with a great view, great assistance and good relaxing vibe.
