great location to visit the Manuel Antonio national park and also the lesser known but still spectacular Rainmaker park. The apartment was very clean and all the facilities were great. Special thanks to Monica Alfaro who was always very friendly and helpful.

No había ruido externo. El tamaño de las habitaciones. La amabilidad del anfitrión. La cocina bien equipada y limpia. Parqueo cercano.
El ruido del aire acondicionado en la habitación al lado del pasillo. Al volver de la playa el día dos por la tarde, no había electricidad. Nos indicaron que fue por error en el pago automático, pero no creemos eso, ya que los bancos son muy estables con esos temas. Pensamos que simplemente quitan la electricidad para ahorrar sin importar las molestias causadas a los huéspedes. Luego de llamarles, resolvieron en 35 minutos. El pago sólo en efectivo.

Todo genial! Camas muy cómodas. Instalaciones muy bien, buena piscina. Apartamento espacioso con cocina muy completa.

It was clean of bugs.
Location was far from the Manual Antonio area.
Was old and smelled musty inside.
Felt unsafe at night. A few locals made comments to my family as we exited the car several times.
Read the reviews from foreigners instead of locals. I read reviews and didn't realize most were from locals. It's a completely different take on the area and room.
Stay away, imo.
