The place exceeded my expectations. It was so beautiful, so clean and also quiet. It felt like a home away from home. I didn’t even want to leave. The host was amazing, so kind and the safety is top notch. We didn’t even want to leave
Theres nothing I didn’t like. We were attended to, checked up on, catered for. There was some constructions in the morning when we woke up and we raised it with the host that it was noisy and he attended to it immediately. The constructions were stopped immediately and we continued with our stay peacefully.

I really like how clean the room is. I like that there was a heater available because it was so cold. I like how quiet it is. I like that you can even request your room to be cleaned during your stay. I like how welcoming Thabo and Musa are, which I met at the reception. I like that they do a proper full on cleaning once someone has checked out. I like that there is WiFi and hot water in the shower.
I did not have the keys for the main gate. So sometimes no one was there to open the gate for me or they won't notice that I am at the gate waiting to get in or out. I had to call first to ask them to open the gate. This is a security issue on my side as it is not quiet comfortable to wait there not knowing how long will it take for someone to open for you, especially at night or when it's cold. I wish Netflix was paid for. But I know that too much of an ask. Its cool!

We knocked and hooted at the gate and there was no response until we called. The gentleman cleaning the rooms was the same person doing check ins.
the beds are not comfortable. perhaps the host should consider buying new beds and bedding. The grey towels are also not hygienically pleasing compared to the white ones.
I also forgot a brand new unopened box of perfume at the property. I reached out the next day and again three days after and I still do not have feedback a week later. The number I reached out to pretended to not be at the property.
